Good to know
All prices are based on a 1 week (7 nights) stay and per house for a maximum of 4 people,during peak season there is a 1 week minimum stay.For extra guests we charge 50 euro per week per guest.
The price includes bed and bath linen, kitchen towels, use of kitchen appliances, gas, water, electricity, wireless internet and final cleaning.
A free baby bed can be arranged upon request. We also have a washing machine you can use.We offer a rental service for beach towels.
You can rent any of the houses (no matter how many occupants) for 2 nights from October till March at 130 euro per night (breakfast not included) excluding Christmass and New Year’s eve.

10 % off for 2 weeks stay in January, February,March, November or December.
Breakfast
We can treat you to a delicious breakfast, delivered at your door step at the time of your choice. Breakfast costs € 13 per person and consists of: freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee or thee, fresh pastries, butter, ham and cheese, marmelade, jam, yoghurt and eggs as you like them.
Guests who’ve only booked the accommodation are kindly asked to reserve their breakfast or dinner the evening before.
Dinner
As a professional cook, I am happy to prepare a delicious dinner on some days during the week.
Children under 12 years who eat the same meal as their parents only pay half price.
Wines
A fine selection of Portuguese wines is also available.
